after right-clicking the link, select "Save Target As..." from the menu

after right-clicking the link, select "Save Link As..." from the menu

after right-clicking the link, select "Save target as..." from the menu


Be sure to note which folder you save the file to.

Once the file is saved to your PC, navigate in Windows Explorer 
to the folder you saved it to and double click the filename to play it.
